(Excerpt from the foreword) All those who travel a lot and have to keep their embouchure perfect have always thought about what they could do when the instrument cannot be used, e.g. because of the disturbing volume ("inconvenient times" at home, hotel), the lack of space (when travelling by car) or on holiday. Not only since Rolf Quinque or James Stamp have we known enough methods (a) to keep the lips fit and (b) to bring them into contact with the mouthpiece and thus also to achieve a result on the instrument. Yes, the "main street" is right.
