Hartmut Hein was initially a high school teacher for music, then from 1979-2002 Professor of Voice, voice training and school practical piano at the Conservatory of Music in Würzburg. He also performed as a well-known song and oratorio singer at home and abroad and made numerous recordings for radio, television and record.
Today, he has devoted himself fully to composition mostly youth closer and easier-to-play "crossover" music, a style of composition that combines entertainment and electronic music elements.
