Johann Sebastian Bach wrote the cantata "Du sollst Gott, deinen Herren, lieben" between the years 1723 and 1727. The librettist of this cantata, Dominica 13 post Trinitatis (from dreizehneten Sunday after Trinity), is unknown. One of the rare arias for trumpet, alto and continuo we find in this cantata BWV 77th.

Das Doppelkonzert für Violine, Oboe und Orchester BWV 1060 in verschiedenen Tonarten und in einer Fassung für zwei Cembali und Orchester überliefert. Entstanden ist dieses Werk vermutlich in Bachs Köthener Zeit, also in den Jahren 1717 bis 1723, einer Zeit, in der Bach als Leiter der Kammermusik am Hofe agierte.
Der Komponist und Organist Wolfgang Kessler hat dieses wunderbare Opus BWV 1060 der Orgel zugedacht und diese als quasi Triosonate einfach in einen Raum gebracht, in dem oft Bachs geistiges Werk zu hören ist. Ja, Herr Bach hat auch weltliche Musikgenüsse hervorgebracht, die es mit seinem geistlichen Musikschaffen aufnehmen können um mit Andacht in Dialog zu kommen.
